The Freelance Media Network is ready to welcome you and support you in your media career - whether you’re at the start or an established media professional. Come and join like-minded members of the press, from journalists and editors to art directors, designers and podcasters. You’re welcome here whether you are a member of staff in the media or you’re a freelancer in the media.
The Freelance Media Network welcomes freelancers and staff across the media, including:
Journalists - PRs - Art Directors - Sub Editors - Designers - Photographers - Videographers - Podcasters - Copywriters - writers - magazine editors - newspaper editors - commissioning editors… From ‘old hands’ to ‘newbies’!
You can also be an ‘and’ - for example, a journalist/podcaster, or a photographer/copywriter.

(Sorry but we are not a journalist/business matchmaking group so business owners aren’t able to join).
This is how the joining process works:
First of all, click the sign up button below which will take you to a Typeform to fill out. It’s just a few details so we can be sure this is the right community for you. It also ensures that you know our membership is curated.
At the end of the Typeform, you’ll be able to choose whether to subscribe monthly (£9) or annually (£99 for 12 months).
Once you’ve subscribed and paid, you’ll be sent an invitation to join the community on Circle.
Circle is a platform that hosts communities - you don’t need to pay to join Circle, just to join The Freelance Media Network.
Once you’ve paid your subscription at the end of the Typeform, the final step is to create a login when you’re invited to join the Network.
Then, come on in, have a nose around, set up your profile and say hello to everyone!
